The science of a long healthy and happy life. "Ayus" means life and "Veda" means knowledge. The source of all healingart, as Ayurveda is being defined, deals with all aspects of life and orientates itself on the wellbeing of humans. This ancient Indian teaching is to be seen as an integral healthsystem for internal and external beauty. We are the mirror image of the universe and the strength of the nature has a healing effect on the entire human body. Ayurveda visualizes the human being as unity of mind and body. From the five elements, which are in and around us, derive the Doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. All physical and psychological functions are being navigated through these bioenergies. The everyday habits, the form of nutrition and the fulfilment of individual physical and emotional needs are the yardstick of life. Health is regarded as one of the most important prerequisites for the fulfilment of our goals in life, our happiness, our spiritual development and selfrealization. What is Yoga? Yoga means unity. Yoga is a science of life, which originated in India. It is the oldest system on earth for personal development, which unites body, spirit and soul. It consists of body excercises, breathing excercises, meditation and spiritual knowledge. Trough tenseness and stress the harmony of our body, breath, spirit and feelings is being disturbed, comparable to the strings of a guitar. Yoga makes it possible for us to tune ourselves again, to be able to experience the inherent harmony of being. Yoga is a unique method, to retain physical health as it contributes to restoration and stabilization of all functions in the body, and with the help of breathing and meditation techniques it proviides peace in mind.

There is a light, wich shines over and above all things on earth, beyond the firmament, beyond the highest speres. It is the light which shines in our hearts.


In partnership with cosmic awareness we can hand over our fears, doubts, worries, and daily burdens. With this solidarity we are never lonely we are ALL-UNITY. Connected to the eternal light to my true self my genuine self is apparent. My love beams into this world.
